Spinning

Spinning (indoor cycling) is one of my passions and I have been teaching it at the Riviera International Centre in Torquay the past 4 years.
It suits different people with varied fitness levels, which makes it fun for everyone!

I dont currently teach spinning, but will update this page when it is available again.
